Shipping policy

Once you’ve placed an order on our site, we offer shipping options, primarily through Canada Post, which offers three main shipping choices as follows: 
Regular Parcel (2 - 9 business days) or
Expresspost (2 business days) or
Priority (1 business day)

Occasionally, we may decide to utilize other carriers in order to expedite your shipment.

When your product is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number, which you can use to follow the progress of your shipment.

We care about your order as much as you do so we try our very best to process it with care and accuracy. If there are any variations, we will contact you by email, to inform you and receive your authorization before shipping.
